Top Rank: Resolving Pacquiao payment issue

Top Rank chairman Bob Arum told ESPN on Tuesday that a payment issue involving Manny Pacquiao was being handled and "it looks like everything will be resolved." Pacquiao had posted on Instagram that he planned to sue Top Rank.
